Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions.
In booking with the Gwesty Glan Aber Hotel you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set out below. Where Credit Card or Debit Card has been registered with us you are agreeing to the above charges being charged to that card at the rates detailed below.
A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel room is available and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with your credit card details and a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person has been charged successfully.
Should you fail to cancel by 6pm, 3 days prior to check in date and unless you are advised differently by email when you make your booking, we will charge you 1 nights price for each person booked.
If you have not cancelled your booking and do not check in (No Show), or cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice prior to your arrival, the hotel will impose a ''no show'' equivalent to 100% of your booking cost.
